Thank you for your inquiry, if you want to be setup as a wholesale account please go to our login on the homepage, then go to new membersign up. When this is complete please email us at wholesale@sizeappeal.com the account user ID and we can code your account for wholesale. Please include with your email if possible an attachment of your seller permit if you are not able to attach a copy to your email please fax us at 323-832-9600 and include your user ID on the fax . Without a copy of the seller permits for US customers we won't be able to get the account setup. We do require a min. order of $150.00 .
