Shipping

SizeAppeal.com will gladly ship to nearly anywhere in the world. Shipping and handling charges are determined by the dollar amount of your order. These charges are calculated before taxes.

No Saturday deliveries.

Shipping to the United States
USPS ground delivery is our standard shipping method in the United States. Standard orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive within 7-10 business days. Standard delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.

U.S. express delivery services
Express delivery services are available to most areas of the continental United States for in-stock items only. Express delivery is not available Saturday or Sunday. Only USPS services are available to P.O. Boxes.

FedEx - Add $25.95 to the standard shipping charge. Next day delivery is available for orders placed by 1 p.m. PST Monday-Friday, not including holidays.
USPS 2nd Busines Day - Add $10.95 to the standard shipping charge. 2nd day delivery within 2 business days is available for orders placed by 1 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Express delivery is not available for backorder items. They are shipped separately via standard delivery at no extra shipping fees when purchased with other items.

U.S. Territories (Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)
All packages will be sent via United States Postal Service to shipping addresses in the U.S. territories. Your order will arrive within 21 business days however, the United States Postal Service does not guarantee the arrival time of U.S. Territory packages. Overnight delivery is not available for U.S. Territories.

International global express service
Express delivery service is available outside the United States for in-stock items only. This service is not available Sunday. Add $30.00 to the International standard shipping charge. Express delivery should arrive within 3 - 5 days.

Shipping Delays - The United States Postal Service does not guarantee the arrival time of international packages. Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of an order may occur due to customs.

Shipping Policy - Shipping Next Day, 2nd Day air does not apply to P.O. Box or International customers. All orders over $150 will need verbal or email confirmation before shipping.

Return Policy

Standard Items: SizeAppeal will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the original invoice and tags attached for up to 15 days for full refund (16-30 days for merchandise credit only). After we receive the item, it will take up to one full billing cycle, or up to 30 days to process your return. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment.

Lingerie and Accessories: No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Lingerie and Accessories.

Sale Merchandise: No returns will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges will be accepted up to 15 days. After 15 days, no credit or refund will be given. No cash refunds will be given, only merchandise credit (does not include shipping charges). All sales for marked down merchandise are FINAL.

Special Occasion Items: Items marked "Special Occasion" are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size.

New Return Policy: All shipping fees are at buyers expense. All returns must be issued a RMA # or they will not be accepted by Size Appeal. RMA # must be clearly printed on the outside of the box / package. Size Appeal is not responsible for any returns made without a RMA #.
