| Standard Items: SizeAppeal will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the original invoice and tags attached for up to 15 days for full refund (16-30 days for merchandise credit only). After we receive the item, it will take up to one full billing cycle, or up to 30 days to process your return. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment or by Check.
Lingerie and Accessories: No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Lingerie and Accessories.
Sale Merchandise: No returns will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges will be accepted up to 15 days. After 15 days, no credit or refund will be given. No cash refunds will be given, only merchandise credit (does not include shipping charges).
Special Occasion Items: Items marked "Special Occasion" are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size.
New Return Policy: All shipping fees are at buyers expense. All returns must be issued a RMA # or they will not be accepted by Size Appeal. RMA # must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. Size Appeal is not responsible for any returns made without a RMA #. |
