If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, SizeAppeal will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the original invoice and tags attached for up to 15 days for full refund (30 days for merchandise credit) from the date you receive it for any of our Standard items. Sale merchandise, Accessories, and Lingerie are not returnable or exchangeable. Items marked "Special Occasion" can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. Complete the Return/Exchange Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) along with the invoice. When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Shipping and handling for returns or exchanges is non-refundable, except in instances where wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to you. For exchanges, SizeAppeal will pay outbound shipping charges for the replacement items. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 30 days of when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Backorder items are shipped when they arrive in our warehouse separately from other items purchased on the same order. We will ship backorder items with no extra shipping fees. We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within seven days of the date of purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on a sizeappeal.com purchase, you MUST call 1-866-6-Appeal (1-866-627-7325) or send us an email message at customerservice@sizeappeal.com within the seven-day window. Be sure to include your order number in your email message. We will refund you the difference in your original form of payment. |
